I am writing
to you for a problem that we had with your services. The last December your company
gives us the service of caterer for the Christmas party. All our employees said
that the food was delicious and I am agree with them, but something happened
that fifteen of our employees got intoxicated with the food that your company
served.
First of all,
I want you to know the consequences that this situation brings to our company. In
the middle of the Christmas party, half of our guest had to go to the hospital
and the party went into a total disaster. We have to give them incapacity for
one week, most of the employees that got intoxicated were from the production
department, so we were forced to reduce a lot the production and in consequence
we have lost for around $5,000 dollars.
We really
expect that your company takes care of this situation, so we want at least half
of our money back. Your company has to be focused on what they are doing to get
round a future problem. Can we meet the next Friday at 10 am to arrange the
problem?
